Sesame Street Live

My mom watches Peyton and Hunter when Kyle, my dad, Jeremy, and I go to Terps games on Saturdays. When Sesame Street Live was in town, she took them to see it. The theme was Elmo Makes Music.

Peyton was really into the show.
Hunter seemed to like it too!
Gram and her boys.

Deja Vu?

Just after we moved into our house in September, 2008, I took this picture of Peyton playing in the kitchen.
In September, 2011 I took this picture of Hunter playing in the kitchen.
Colanders must be really fun!

Indy Car Race

Kyle took Peyton to the Indy Car race in Baltimore back in September. I didn't go, so I don't have any stories to share, but here are some cute pictures from the day.

I know they both had a great time at the race. Maybe next year all four of us will be able to go to the race together.

Hunter's 1st Haircut

Hunter got his first haircut back in August. Here is the before.

We took Hunter to Cartoon Cuts. We had a feeling he would be wiggly, so we let him sit on Kyle's lap.
The hair dresser was really good with Hunter. She prepped his hair by spraying it with water. He was still alright at this point.
However, once the cutting started, Hunter screamed! He was not a fan at all.
He looks much more grown up with his short hair. I was sad to see his curls go, but my baby is getting bigger, so I guess it was time.

Doug's Birthday Party

Yes, I am just about two months overdue on this post, but hey, better late than never. Right?

Back in August, my cousin Doug turned 14 years old. He really likes the death by chocolate that I always make (Thanks, Linda!) so I made a big bowl of it for his party. All of the girls thought my decoration was cute, but the guys? Not so much.

We sang Happy Birthday to Doug.
And then he opened his birthday gifts.
This one was a gift card to Best Buy.
The party was fun, the food was good, and it's always nice to show off my cute kids.
